"Check engine light came on. Engine coolant pump. Left the car with them. A few hours later they sent me a detailed list via email and called me to discuss it. They had pictures of everything (tires, paint, brakes, etc.). It was all included in the full diagnostic fee. Overall a great experience. Front desk is not condescending and was not upsold on anything. Highly recommend!! Brian Coleman
