Lots of comments and photos online these days about hoarding, empty shelves, and shortages of meat and eggs. Raley’s sent an email saying they are limiting customers on certain items like eggs, meat etc to stop this hoarding mentality. Not sure how effective they will be in enforcing it though. 🤷🏼‍♀️ This might be a great time to try some plant based alternatives? There are lots more options these days, and most local supermarkets have typically had what I’ve been looking for. No need to make an extra trip to a “health food store.” Maybe you can start a new habit a few days a week that’s good for you and good for the environment? 😁 PS, Use your FB networks to find backyard egg sellers. They are the freshest you will ever taste!
