High Hand Gallery is happy to announce we have a new local artist featured. Paul Sanchez is a local oil painter who sets out to explore interactive artistic expression and welcome your interpretation. As you can see by his sample work, "Crossing the Veil," (Painting above the tiger to the right of Paul) the artist may suggest an idea, but ultimately, it only means what the viewer designates the meaning to be. Is it the joining of soulmates? Is it a spirit guiding a departed one into the next realm? Is it an incarnation experience? Which side of the veil is the "other" realm? Is the form in the background human, spirit, something else? And what are those faint colorful lights emanating from the hands? What does this piece of art say to you? You're right! Douglas Parks Fine Art Photography Doug will be attending this month's artist meet and greet on May 18th from 12-3PM. Artist, wanderer, and curiosity seeker; Doug's photography goes beyond being a mere passion; it guides him through uncharted realms, leading him on a journey of exploration and self-discovery.

By mastering the technical aspects of photography and immersing himself in the wonders of nature, he unleashes his imagination.
