Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support Agents to join our team. In this role, you will answer incoming calls professionally and courteously, troubleshoot customer issues, and provide prompt, real-time support. You will collaborate with a team to resolve customer concerns, answer questions, and efficiently handle complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
Troubleshoot technical and general issues over the phone.
Research solutions using internal systems and independent online searches.
Focus on delivering high levels of customer satisfaction during all interactions.
Sending emails with supporting documentation as needed during or before calls.
Accurately log support tickets following each customer interaction.
Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Maintain composure and empathy in a pressured environment.
Comfortable using web-based content and performing online research.
