Today's spotlight is on the finished Blackberry Cordial—and we're happy to report it earned the team's enthusiastic approval. Huzzah!

After allowing the berries, sugar, and spirits to mingle, the result is a rich, fruit-forward cordial bursting with the flavor of fresh blackberries. Drinks like this were enjoyed throughout the 18th century, when cordials were prized for both their sweet taste and their ability to preserve seasonal fruit.
