The attempts to dismantle the Consumer Financial Protections Bureau continue. On 12/6, Rise Economy, the Woodstock Institute, and the National Community Reinvestment Coalition filed a lawsuit to challenge acting head of CFPB, Russell Vought, regarding attempts to close the CFPB.
