That’s why before softness… I’m talking about REAL AF softness…like brunching and traveling with your girlies who value you, working on yourself emotionally, spiritually and physically. Real nurturing…

Comes the exit.

You have to walk away from the sh*t that hardens you, cuz you think love = pain [and that all the trauma dumping with no reciprocal supportive energy is normal

From the relationships that keep you on edge, like double-checking your words before you say anything, because you never know what’ll set them off.From the patterns that make your body think love = danger, anxiety, and emotional whiplash
