JXI installed, didn't bother sharing the plumbing as it was already spaghetti and is in need of a make over.
Sediment Trap on point... Only had about 40 years of roots ans mud under that Lars.

24 hour turnaround on this Beauty... someone else neglected startup lack of waterproofing and a whole lot more. Not to mention weekly care.
Discussed options and possibly an acid wash on the spa and Fountain. Then discuss plaster and tile to correct other areas.
