Matcha Village uses top grade whole leaves in the perfect climate for Matcha along the 36 degress north latitude! There are 7 grades of concentration of matcha and we use this world's highest conentration matcha in the 7th grade which is 7x the concentration in the 1st grade. Matcha Village is one of the only brands who has received the China Green Organic Food Alliance certification. ｜
