3β4 oz cooked lobster meat (claw or tail)
1 tbsp butter

Pinch paprika
β¨ Cajun Mayo
3 tbsp mayo
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
Β½ tsp lemon juice
ΒΌ tsp garlic powder
ΒΌ tsp paprika

1 brioche bun (buttered & toasted)

1οΈβ£ Make the Cajun Mayo
Stir mayo, Cajun seasoning, lemon juice, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth.

2οΈβ£ Prepare the Lobster
Melt butter in a pan.
Add lobster meat, garlic powder, and paprika.
Warm gently for 1β2 minutes until buttery and fragrant.
Do not overcook.

For the Steak Bites
1 lb (450g) sirloin or flank steak, sliced into strips
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp paprika
Β½ tsp chili flakes
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley
For the Golden Potatoes
4β5 baby potatoes, quartered
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
Β½ tsp Italian seasoning

1. Cook the Potatoes First
1. Heat olive oil + butter in a skillet.
2. Add potatoes, season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper.
3. SautΓ© 12β15 mins until golden and crispy.
4. Remove and set aside.
2. Sear the Steak
1. In the same pan, increase heat to high.
2. Add olive oil, then the steak strips.
3. Season with paprika, chili flakes, salt & pepper.
4. Sear 1β2 mins per side β keep them juicy!
5. Add butter + garlic and let it melt into a glossy sauce.
6. Toss with chopped parsley.
