Congratulations to OJB Board Member Lieutenant Louis Gray on his promotion and new assignment to Hollywood Division.
Lt. Gray currently serves as OJB’s 2nd Vice President and has been instrumental in advancing educational opportunities through our scholarship program. Under his leadership, OJB awards up to $20,000 annually in scholarships to high school seniors, college students, and OJB members pursuing their educational goals.
His commitment to service extends beyond the badge—investing in the future of our communities and supporting the next generation of leaders.
