Excited to share that Jon Grant, Workforce Ninja at Operational Technical Services, will be speaking on June 3rd during the session “Closing the Human Gap in Digital Utilities” from 11:00–11:45 AM at the SWAN 16th Annual Conference in Tampa, Florida.

Jon will present “Hydrotech.AI: A Utility-Built AI Framework Driving Operational Intelligence and Workforce Empowerment,” focusing on how AI can enhance utility training, support field teams, and help operators apply digital tools with confidence.

Looking forward to a great discussion on workforce training, knowledge transfer, and practical AI adoption in the water sector.
