Jessica is the founder and day-to-day manager of Jessica's Produce, a grocery truck that services her neighborhood of William Meads. William Meads is a close-knit community and historic public housing area near Chinatown and LA ART's proposed route. Jessica and many of the residents in William Meads support LA ART -- as a new public transit option in the area.
