Our Art Wellness sessions are tailored to your goals and needs, although our methods remain consistent. We build a respectful relationship of client-artwork-facilitator. With this foundation of trust and clearly defined goals, it is my belief that the client has the ability to heal and be well.

We explore healing creatively through many different types of artistic media. Below is an example of working with a linocut block carving to be printed.
