This marks the final purchase in a strategic three-property expansion, deepening Regent’s footprint in one of Phoenix’s most vibrant urban neighborhoods. 
 
The acquisition supports Regent’s residential strategy of targeting highly-amenitized, newer vintage multifamily communities in walkable, high-growth locations at meaningful discounts to replacement cost. 
 
iLuminate will be branded under Maia Urban, the multifamily arm of Regent Properties’ Maia Communities platform. Maia Urban delivers elevated residential experiences in dynamic city environments, combining exceptional design with prime connectivity.
