A Catholic priest was spat on and verbally abused outside Damascus Gate in Jerusalem. No arrest was made.

It was not an isolated incident. Researchers have documented 88 anti-Christian attacks in Israel in 2026 alone — 63 of them in the last three months. Most complaints are closed without prosecution.

Israeli settlers attacked Taybeh — setting fields on fire and hurling Molotov cocktails in the last entirely Christian town in the West Bank.

No intervention, as the fields farmed by Christian families for generations go up in flames.
