If you don’t post every single thing happening your life, do you even exist? 😅

Was talking to last week about this growing desire to pull back from the demand of being accessible/visible all the time. We’re both out here doing what we love to do and finding the best balance in life, but does that make us any less credible/accomplished/undeserving if we don’t post about it? The forever dilemma of being artists in a modern world, I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️

Still trying to find what version of social doesn’t absolutely drain my soul and love of what I do for views, but don’t count me out - there’s some exciting stuff coming later this year. For now, I’m just a girl living in the moment, not a phone in sight (most of the time 😂)

Last week, The Quiet turned 5. What was once an internal reflecting on the anxiety, depression, and feeling of being overwhelmed that unfolded during COVID, for me it’s evolved into a plea of how to fight for the good while simultaneously attempting to find peace in this ever-tumultuous world we’re living in.

These pictures are snapshots from around my apartment - when we couldn’t go anywhere for the safety of our health. I know many of us are dealing with a 2025 version of feeling trapped or hopeless and I’m right there with you.

My wish is that each of you has a safe space to unravel when it all feels too much, and when you feel lighter, when you feel ready, let’s continue to fight for the good parts of this world in the ways we can. 🖤
