This was the last time I saw he was literally leaving LA in this moment and he asked and I to come help him with something on his way out of town. He had a U-Haul packed to the brim for his move. I was excited to see him. It had been a while. He was one of those guys that when I saw him the 15 year old me came alive again. I’m grateful for the times I got to spend with him on many tours and skate sessions. He was a huge influence to skateboarding and truly a unique soul. I’ve never seen someone with so much determination to accomplish a trick. I once saw him try a trick for hours until it got dark and then he went through 2 tanks of gas with the generator to get a clip it must’ve been 8 hours he tried that trick. It was so inspiring. This one hit me hard. We lost a true legend today. Rest easy my friend and God bless ❤️🫂💔
