The importance of urban design and the future of the Miracle Mile. Johnson Fain is pleased to have designed the kit for future Metro Los Angeles stations including the purple line station to open at Wilshire and Fairfax in 2023. An estimated 6,025 people will utilize the station daily to visit cultural landmarks of the Miracle Mile including LACMA Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the Petersen Automotive Museum, La Brea Tar Pits and Museum, the Craft Contemporary, and the future Academy Museum of Motion Pictures.
