✨👩‍🍼I’m taking a short break from exercise to catch up on some things at home, those tasks that feel almost impossible to do when your baby is with you 24/7. In your arms. In your sight. 🍽️ In that stage of total devotion, 😅 where you’re cooking and cleaning for the little human whose greatest adventure is smearing chicken, banana, and yogurt all over her head. 🛁 More than two baths a day, letting her get messy, knowing it means double the work, but that’s my gift to her.
All that extra effort allows her to explore the world firsthand, with her mouth, her hands, her wonder.
But I won’t lie to you —it’s exhausting— like anything truly worthwhile in this world.

🌸 And now I’m starting to see the first fruits… She’s so independent she won’t even let me feed her—she insists on doing it all by herself. And she drinks from her own little cup like she’s been doing it forever. 😂
