44 days into full eating disorder recovery and I can say with a grateful heart, life is beautiful on this side. ✨😍

I feel an outpouring of gratitude for every moment, my heart is open, I’m more present with those I’m connecting with (because I’m not having crazy negative self talk, obsessing over what I should/should not eat/look like/be like/do, etc.). I’m feeling a sense of freedom, playfulness, and high level of purpose again. Maybe it’s a combination of recovery and spring springing. 🌷

Thanks for all of your messages - they inspire me to continue sharing with more courage and vulnerability. I recently shared getting denied residential treatment and trusting universal abundance to support me with the heavy costs of out-of-network PHP or IOP treatment. I’ve worked one TV show every week since then making almost the exact amount of how much it will be per month for this virtual eating disorder program. Looks like I’m going to be able to afford it. So grateful I can cry. Thank you endlessly. ♥️🙏🏽

The Bold and the Beautiful is an American soap opera that was birthed the same year I was in 1987. 35 years… and still airing! This was my first co-star speaking role. Early on in my career I did background work and approached it like a paid internship. After seeing me on the monitors, casting called me upstairs to read for this role. I was brought back the following week to shoot. This upgrade manifested within 1.5 months of starting background.

Things can happen quickly for you too — bring your high vibrational energy and presence everywhere you are. Your energy can truly be felt.✨

What’s crazy is that I was struggling with an eating disorder (for 12 years) during the course of all of these experiences I’m about to share. Happy I’m on the other side of recovery now. 🥰❤️‍🩹
