Yogis! Good morning! Hope you are having a good weekend so far. I'm about to practice and get ready for today's online Zoom class at 12PM EST/9AM PST! Link is below if you want to join the class or register and receive the 24hr streaming link to practice on your own time.

I posted the upcoming weekly schedule to my website www.garthhewittyoga.com/classes for anyone who would like to join us for classes this upcoming week. Please register for the classes you want to take early. A few students are experiencing a delay in receiving confirmation emails from Zoom.

If you are a new student and want to join us for these classes, please try your first class for free. If you enjoy the class, after that it's 15$ per class or you can do the whole week (8 Classes) for $60.

I'm teaching classes daily on Zoom at the same time 12PM EST/ 9AM PST and on Tuesday and Wednesday we also have two meditation classes with Yoga Nidra at 1:30PM EST/10:30AM PST.

I'm organizing a couple of fundraising events too. Please stay tuned. We will do one this week to help raise money for the food bank. I'll post more information tomorrow.
