On January 21st we lost My Mom… and I’ve never been the most lost, present, torn apart, grateful, happy, stressed, relieved, angry… loved.

The truth is you are never really ready to lose your mom. No matter what your relationship is/was like. It’s the most natural, yet one of the most complex. I kept giving myself a time-line… a month, 6 weeks, 100 days. I know from my 84 year old neighbor who lost her Mother over 25 years ago that she still feels the height of the emotions above, from time-to-time, like they were yesterday. And for those of you who have been through this, you know, it’s just a new reality to learn to live with. One we are working to find the right path to everyday. In the meantime, we want to say Thank You…

To everyone on our incredible team, our partners & and all the makers and brands that work with us… thank you for the space to grieve and your generous patience as we find a path to normalcy. Your understanding has felt like more than we deserve.

To you, this beautiful community of customers, supporters and friends. We know our business hasn’t looked the same. We miss seeing you so much! But we are slowly getting back to it and please know… we are looking forward to getting back to what fulfills us- finding ways to bring you joy in moments both great and small. Helping you celebrate milestones, holidays and the everyday.
