When I had John Stamos on Comfort Food Podcast it was so special and emotional because not only did I learn new things about Bob… But I learned John’s beautiful take on grief and how he’s overcome loss and of course so many things that were so near and dear to him about his and Bob’s friendship. And it was such a joy to have John on, love him so much! We also played the newest song that Bob had written that no one had ever heard before …only a few of his live audiences. It’s so crazy how the narrative and transparency around facelifts has changed in the past 3 years since the stunning and incredible CATT SADLER had her procedure. I credited her as being one of the OG‘s to be so open and honest about it and now so many people are following suit - just being open about it has become so much more normalized. Plus she discusses when is enough enough and how we have to understand that plastic surgery is not going to fix our problems. We also have to love and accept ourselves for who we are.
