Perched above the oak-lined hills of Calabasas, this renovation reinterprets Tuscan heritage through a distinctly Californian lens. The design brief was clear: preserve the elegance of form while reactivating flow, light, and texture to meet contemporary standards.

Executed in close collaboration with Morrison Interiors, the home leverages natural materiality, large-span openings, and warm interior volumes to create spatial continuity between inside and out. Precision detailing and calibrated finish tolerances were essential to balance authenticity with refinement across every surface.
