Fabulous 2-day workshop this past weekend. The students were rockstars ! The results were both beautiful and delicious. Congrats! Thanks to for making us impeccable chocolate !

Every now and then you meet a chocolate and it’s truly LOVE AT FIRST BITE. And that’s how I felt about Nantucket Fog Limited Edition bar. I had always fantasized about a take on the delicious London Fog drink but never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined such a perfect interpretation using Boyaca Colombian cacao creating a 65% dark milk with addition of a floral citrusy earl grey tea. Absolutely CRUSHABLE. Monica and Tom nailed it. I was so happy to be able to stop by their magical farm and chocolate factory just as Autumn was hitting New England. My only suggestion might be to rename it Vineyard Fog- being a loyal Martha’s Vineyard girl!!!
