Today is June 18th. It would have been Kevin's 66th birthday.

In honor of Kevin Burns and in lieu of a memorial gathering in Los Angeles, we have created a Celebration of Life video to share with Kevin's family and friends around the world.

Kevin’s humor, intelligence, talent, and love of life made a lasting impression on everyone who knew him and his enormous volume of work has touched millions of lives.

We share with you a reminder of the magic Kevin brought to each day.

We Remember Kevin
1955-2020

All of us at Prometheus extend our gratitude for the kindness, caring and support we’ve received in the wake of the loss of our leader and friend, Kevin Burns.

Kevin touched the lives of all who knew him. He was a master storyteller, gifted filmmaker, passionate collector and generous friend. His intelligence, humor and heart will be forever remembered by all who had the good fortune to spend time with him – or even just meet him.

Plans are in motion for a Celebration of Life for Kevin in early 2021 in Los Angeles. Details will be posted and shared once everything is formalized. Our goal is to gather a large group safely and responsibly next year and give Kevin a memorial fitting his tremendous contribution to his craft and to all of us.

Prometheus is committed to continuing to produce outstanding programming that bears the mark of Kevin’s exceptional talent. Our continued success is the greatest tribute we can give the very special man who gave us all so much to be grateful for.
