We will discuss how Marcela uses her 25 years experience in somatic bodywork and movement to guide women to shift out of shame, step out of our old stories, release fears and soften into full embodied living. And of course, she will share her favourite embodiment practices.

What if I fail?

I’m getting this question a lot. “Marcela, what if I sign up for this course, and end up right back in the very same spot. No change. Failing, yet again.“

I remember that feeling all too well. It was my starting point on this journey.

So, I KNOW from experience that before diving into long-held beliefs and painful emotions, the fear of failure comes sneaking in. It's part of why we avoid things. Fear and shame are complicit.

In this ShiftingShame Journey, you'll get tools to open and allow the fear to move through your body, rather than contracting yourself around it and shrinking your life.

You’ll have time to learn, take in, and practice. Plus, you’ll be welcomed into a space full of support and guidance.

I crafted this journey to be tangible, practical and magical. It was for me, when I ventured into this subject on my own. I want the same for you.
