Self love is the best love!
It also sets the limit case for love that you can experience.
There are many methods for enhancing self love but they all revolve around the same concepts.

After teaching hundreds of people to love themselves more and seeing the dramatic effects it has on their life and those around them it seems to me that time spent enhancing your ability to care for and love yourself is time that likely cannot be spent better.
