šš¼ MASSIVE LOVE to Steve Perry who blew our minds by coming to BOTH shows ā¼ļø
Manā¦ what a weekendā¦ this one for me was more than just āmeeting my heroā ā¦ if you know me, then you know is one of the cornerstones of my inspiration, singing, songwriting, & style
Heās what helped fuel my inspiration to set out on my journey to being my authentic self, and to want to share that feeling with the rest of the world!
What a total honor to get to also get to trade vocal tips and talk technique with the very person I got that technique fromā¦ never in my wildest dreams would I have ever imagined what that wound feel likeā¦ (and I rehearsed that meeting in my head a million times over)
Not to mention heās the most down to earth, grounded person, and puts you right at ease ā„ļø
You all know and Love but youād be doing yourself a favor by going and listening to his solo work! Especially his 2018 album āTracesā - some of the most beautiful songs and deeeeeeply personal. And his voice just solid and beautiful as ever ā„ļø
Steve- thank you for coming out to both shows to celebrate our LA homecoming and supporting these incredible musicians
