Cried at the gym twice this week, how bout you?

I don’t know about you but I started this week off motivated and ready to lock in, but since then all I’ve wanted to do is cry and sleep!

We’re still locked in though, even if we have to pause and purge along the way.

For many of us, the hardest part is over and we’re in the final stretch. Keep going. Keep telling your truth. Keep giving yourself grace.

I call my past self Version 1 Sky or V1 Sky. I always seem to have a major level up in August so saying goodbye to my past self recently was right on time.

August is a time between seasons, nearing end of Summer, approaching Fall. I’ve known all about that in-between space recently so maybe that’s why I vibe with this energy so tough.

Life’s a series of tiny little deaths.
Death of your ego, attachments and past identities.
Shedding it all until all that’s left is what’s real.
Only the real will remain. Only the real can relate.
Love is as real as it gets.
Faith over fear.

I love V1 Sky but this version is even more lit. It took a lot of letting go. It’ll probably take some more but this is what I came here for. I have work to do.
God’s plan.
