Narconon Latin America marked its tenth anniversary in 2025 from its home in Villa Victoria, Mexico. The four-acre Hacienda Dolores estate, built in 1880 for a renowned bullfighter, sits about ninety minutes outside Mexico City. Since 2015, it has served as the Narconon center for all of Mexico, Central America, and South America, providing drug rehabilitation services and training staff who go on to run their own Narconon centers across the region.
