Our Response to COVID-19
Ian and Kimberly Rhodes are a top producing award winning team closing over 300 Real Estate transactions, spanning from condominium to multi-million dollar properties all over the Greater Los Angeles area. As part of the market-leading brokerage firm Keller Williams Realty, Ian and Kimberly have a world-class team and unlimited resources at their immediate disposal. Their success stems from their belief that, while on the road to their client's dreams, no task is too great. This conviction was immediately tested when Ian began his real estate career in 2008, right after the housing market collapsed. When many agents were struggling with a difficult market, Ian found his niche. He saw a need to help rescue families from foreclosure, allowing them to wipe their hands clean of mounting debt, and make a fresh start through successfully completing a short sale.
In the years since, Ian and Kimberly have thrived in working with clients from many different backgrounds. Their diverse group of clients range from local, first-time buyers to savvy, international real estate investors. As disciplined leaders and well rounded professionals, they have the experience to handle any and all challenges that arise in the process of selling or buying a home.
