How are your squats? Are they deep enough? Stand shoulder width apart with your toes slightly turned out. Inhale to embrace your core while you descend. Make sure to break parallel while maintaining a flexed neutral spine position with an external rotation in the knee joints. Exhale, come up while pushing your knees outwards towards your pinky side of the toes.
