I just realized I forgot to share my last closing! I had the pleasure of helping a fellow Michigander make the move to Kentucky. He quickly realized how much more affordable the cost of living is here, how much milder the winters are, and how incredibly friendly and welcoming the people are.

It’s always a joy to assist a Michigan native in discovering the beauty of Kentucky.

FYI… this marks my second closing of the year. Eventually, I'll get all of you Michigan folks down here to KY!
