Armed with this knowledge, a group of concerned parents and community volunteers founded Visually Impaired Preschool Services (VIPS) in 1985.

VIPS Indiana Families: Daniel Tiger is coming to the Family Resource Center and we still have spots available!
Join us on Saturday, July 18, from 9:30 to 11:30 am. VIPS kids 6 and under and their siblings are invited to read, write, talk, and play with Daniel Tiger. Snacks provided and free parking available.
Activities will be adapted for all children and abilities, including those with blindness or low vision. Accommodations for those with sensory issues will be utilized.
LIMITED SPACE: Only 20 spots for children are available.
