About this time last year I received a random IG message from “SOB Food Truck”; my first thoughts were “Son of a Bitch Food Truck” that’s a little weird, but the person on the other end of the message asked if they could set up and didn’t say anything about a minimum so I figured, nothing to lose, “sounds good bud!”
This was my first pic of the truck, it was a nasty rainy day but they said “it’s cool, will be fine” so we rolled with it.
I can’t recall if I actually had a steak that day, but the subsequent 300 or so I’ve had since then make up for it I hope ha!
Either way, I’m happy they reached out and took a chance on a rainy day; we’re lucky to have these guys, and gal, in our lives and setting up at our little bar.
