Pershing County Middle School

A huge thank you to the Humboldt Masonic Lodge for recognizing two of our outstanding 8th grade students with the Citizenship Award.

What makes this award so special is that it isn’t based on grades, test scores, or athletic accomplishments. Instead, it recognizes the character of a student and the impact they have on those around them.

This award is presented to one 8th grade boy and one 8th grade girl who consistently demonstrate qualities that make our school and community better. Recipients are students who help and support others, exemplify integrity, work toward their goals, maintain good attendance and a solid scholastic record, have the courage to do what is right, display kindness, and maintain a positive attitude toward staff, fellow students, and our school.

Our recipients this year are Mollee Houston and Jason St. Pierre. We are so proud of them and the amazing humans they are. They represent the very best of PCMS, and we know they will continue to do great things as they move on to high school.

Congratulations, Mollee and Jason! Thank you again to the Humboldt Masonic Lodge for continuing to recognize and celebrate the character, leadership, and citizenship of our students.

We will be doing the color run on Thursday at the end of the day. Please have your student wear a white shirt, shorts and shoes that can get dirty.
