Please join us in congratulating EMTs Nick Arcouette and Jeff Hamel for their exceptional care and professionalism following a recent call involving a young student in Chelmsford.

After responding to a head injury at an after-school program, Nick and Jeff provided calm, compassionate, and reassuring care during a stressful situation. Their professionalism left a lasting impact on both the patient and his family.

The patient’s mother shared:

“I would like to thank them for competently and capably taking care of this mother’s child when she could not be there herself.”

One of our longtime team members, JMac, recently took his sons, Cooper and Logan, to a Spinners game. Despite the less-than-perfect weather, the boys headed home with not one, but TWO foul balls! 😊

Looks like it was a winning day at the ballpark after all!
