I have actually read one of the books mentioned in the article and I learned so much.

Belly fat is not my friend, so I'm determined to get rid of it. So far, I have adjusted my diet to a more Paleo style, and it seems to be working. I have a long way to go, and as long as I "behave" diet-wise, I tend to lose a little weight here and there. Exercise is where I need to improve (as in start).
