Over the next 2 weeks we will be introducing our 2026-2027 District Council Officer Candidates!
Candidate number 16 is Laney Scott!

Why do you want to serve on D2 council?
"I want to be a District 2 Council member because I want to grow as a leader while giving back to the program that has helped shape me. 4-H has given me countless opportunities to learn, serve, and connect with others, and being on District Council would allow me to take that involvement to the next level. As a council member, I would have the opportunity to represent my peers, serve as a positive role model, and help plan and lead activities that impact youth across the district. I also enjoy working with others, sharing ideas, and contributing to something bigger than myself."

Over the next 2 weeks we will be introducing our 2026-2027 District Council Officer Candidates!
Candidate number 15 is Kellin Hart!

Why do you want to serve on D2 council?
"The District 4-H Council is a team that inspires members across the area through service and leadership. This group of students is visible at competitions, meetings, and State 4-H Roundup, and they serve alongside agents to promote 4-H excellence. I have observed multiple District Councils and the work they do to promote 4-H and the opportunities it offers. I want to be involved in the 4-H organization at a higher level so I can make a greater impact."
