A special congratulations to Otis Carroll, Jr. on being honored with the prestigious Justinian Award—a well-deserved recognition for a career of excellence and service to the profession. Congratulations as well to all of the evening's award recipients for their outstanding dedication to the legal community.
It was also a pleasure to see my good friend Sarah Keathley and congratulate her on her recent election as State Bar of Texas President-Elect. Exciting things are ahead under her leadership!
