What a beautiful Father’s Day!

Our Alliance Carpenter’s Kitchen ministry was such a blessing, and getting to serve our homeless neighbors on Father’s Day made it even more special. More than 150 people came together for a wonderful lunch filled with fellowship, encouragement, and prayer.

The day started with donuts with dad, then we gathered in God’s house to worship, shouting the name of JESUS, and heard powerful testimonies of what God has been doing in the lives of our church family. We also took time to honor and pray over every man who joined us. And all the guys got a fun gift! 🧢

After service, we headed to Carpenter’s Kitchen where so many people stepped in to help set up, serve, pray, and love on others. The Father’s Day gifts made possible by our VBS kids were a huge hit and deeply appreciated. Our kitchen staff prepared an excellent meal, and Mrs. T’s Cakery blessed everyone with dozens of beautiful cupcakes because everyone deserves something sweet!

It was a day full of serving one another and being the hands of Jesus. We are so grateful for everyone who gave, helped, whether behind the scenes or on the front lines. Thank you for making a difference and sharing God’s love in such a practical way.

Just like the song we sang said,
“What a God, what a God!” \o/
