Our team wrapped up data collection for a big project this week!🥩

After CT scanning and fabricating more than 600 beef carcasses over the last six months, we completed the final phase this week at CS Beef Packers in Boise, ID. ✅

This wouldn’t have been possible without the dedication, team work, and long hours put in by our students, faculty, and collaborators at West Texas A&M, along with the support of our industry partners.

We’re proud of this crew, and we even had a little fun along the way! 🌄🎣
