There’s something so special about watching a family’s vision come to life from an empty lot to a fully realized home. 🏠 We just poured the slab for the start of this family’s dream home.
It’s more than just a house; it’s the foundation for their future memories. Being a part of that milestone and guiding them through each step, then finally handing over the keys is one of the best parts of my job. Moments like these remind me why I love what I do! We are so excited for The Leyva Family!
One more update before we log off for the day! 👷♂️ We have officially reached the “fun phase” of the new construction process in Deer Trace in Diboll! While the construction crew remains hard at work, we are busy picking paint colors, lighting, doors...all the good stuff! 💡 It’s incredibly exciting to witness a home come together.
Side note: notice how neat and clean the job site is! 😌

We are excited to finally get started on this home in Hudson. Rain has delayed progress but we are finally drying up and getting started. It’s ready for the slab to be poured next week!
We can’t wait to take you along on this one, it’s going to be BEAUTIFUL. 🤩
