I’m so ready to get back after a much needed break over the past few weeks! Athletic, academic and group activities with the family, plus an incredible spring break trip to New York has kept us busy! The food and vibe was incredible!

Thursday 3/21: Bahn mi rice/quinoa bowl…inspired by the delicious Vietnamese Bahn mi sandwich! Packed with rice/quinoa, pickled veggies, pork tenderloin and a creamy sriracha mayo. Soooo good!
