This project was a collaboration with Ethos West Construction.

With a long driveway to the back of the property and the overhead door facing a busy street, this garage just wasn't working. Access was especially difficult during peak traffic times. We lifted the building and moved it 10' forward onto a new 30" high foundation wall to allow for a driveway at the rear property line and to add more height. Then by flipping the overhead door to the back, the owners can now access parking from the alley making life much easier. We also added a new office addition and an area for trash and recycling.
