Many folks feel intimidated by working with kettlebells, especially learning the ballistic movement of the kettlebell swing!

But what if we told you that kettlebells ARE for YOU?

That not only can you learn to utilize the kettlebells in your strength training safely, you can also have a ton of fun and you don’t have to take things so seriously.

We are beyond thrilled to have Coach .fraiser lead us through a 45 minute workshop focusing on the kettlebell swing! This workshop will focus on athletic drills and timing for a more powerful swing.
