Our most popular tea class so far is back! We're excited to explore a few pu'ers, their processing methods, how they age, and more with our friends at

We'll brew and enjoy a 2022 Sheng pu'er, a 2010 Sheng pu'er, and a 2015 Shou pu'er

We are also exploring having a sliding scale for this event to help make our tea classes more accessible

Two weeks ago was our Japanese tea class where we focused our exploration on teas outside of matcha. We went over a summarized history of tea in Japan, tea processing methods, and of course brewing these different teas! We think the cold brewed sencha and Gyokuro were the favorites of the day

This concludes our tea classes/events for the summer! After we finish moving and settling in to a new house in North Boulder we will resume classes and events in the Autumn 🍂
