The Eternal Spiral is a holistic system which fosters deep embodiment, connection and movement repatterining. The method layers anatomical awareness, somatic practice and spiritual perspectives with a unique map of energy flow through the physical and auric body. This provides a scaffolding around which the body can organize itself as it exists in, and moves through, space.
During the guided meditation, you will be led on a deeply relaxing, grounding, centering journey, facilitated by Celia's words and Elena’s crystal singing bowls, other instrumental accompaniment and her magical voice! Dive into You as we begin the New Year, and meet the first day of 2026 feeling spacious, clear, present and connected.
